ZebraCare On-Site Standard -- Two Day Response

Service technician arrives at your location within two business days on requests received before 4:30 p.m. EST. (Monday through Friday).

All Zebra printers under this service agreement will receive the following at no additional cost:

  • On-site response with "parts in hand"
  • All parts and labor (excluding printheads, accessories)
  • All travel (no mileage fees)
  • Only genuine Zebra parts installed by Zebra-trained and certified technicians
  • Telephone technical support (M-F 8 a.m.-8:30 p.m. EST)
  • Up to two(2) preventative maintenance checks per year
ZebraCare On-Site service currently available only in the U.S.

Additional Service Option
  • Comprehensive Coverage can also be added to your Service Agreements which upgrades your coverage to include printhead replacement and physical damage repair.
