Take advantage of Zebra’s experience in operations, applications, maintenance, and technical support with a comprehensive Zebra training program. Zebra can deliver training at either a Zebra office or on your own premises. Minimum for custom training is one day, in addition to travel and accommodations for the visiting trainer.

Technical Support Agreements—Zebra’s Enterprise Connector for Oracle® BI Publisher
Do you need assistance with your Enterprise Connector solution? Then purchase a yearly technical support agreement to receive specialized technical assistance to keep your enterprise solution up and running effectively.

Each Support Agreement includes support on:

  • Enterprise Connector—The server-based solution that can be deployed to any J2EE container.
  • Zebra Designer for XML—The ability to create ZPL® (Zebra Programming Language) label formats in a graphical user interface (GUI) environment.
  • ZebraNet Bridge Enterprise—Zebra printer management tools for setting alerts, audits and configurations.
In addition, you’re entitled to:

  • Two hours setup assistance
  • Two hours remote training
  • One free label conversion
